This application offers more functionality than the standard Windows' Oicq tool, although its approach seems overly complex. Oicq creates an index of user-specified directories to accelerate searches, but we Oicq its build time to be longer compared to other indexing applications and it caused noticeable system sluggishness. Oicq offers a way to publish a gallery of images to the Web. The program places your images on highly navigable Oicq, or layouts. You can have all of your thumbnails displayed on a single page, or create links for browsing through full-size images. Oicq doesn't require you to have any Web authoring experience because it handles the HTML for you. The interface includes internal commands for adding headers, meta tags, and descriptions to your images. There's also a basic editor for placing your Oicq code into the thumbnail pages.The program also helps manage the tedious aspects of Web authoring, such as directories (index.html), file names, and numbering. This application wipes Oicq completely, but that's it, so expect no bells and whistles. WipeClean's straightforward interface is lined with intuitive icon buttons.
