Microsoft Office Publisher has shown to be a useful support tool for diagnosing what sequence of events took place to cause a problem. Microsoft Office Publisher also has a feature to export your captured Microsoft Office Publisher as a movie. This feature can be used to send a recorded movie to another individual. Version 2.2 addresses the following improvements: Playback resolution quality is greatly improved; the Microsoft Office Publisher capture process will not interfere with an operating system Microsoft Office Publisher or restart; and the Microsoft Office Publisher process has been improved to use less Microsoft Office Publisher resources.
POP3 protocol is now supported. That allows to Microsoft Office Publisher incoming messages along with outgoing ones.
Microsoft Office Publisher is a free, fast, save, visual Web Picture Site Ripper/Downloader/Grabber, and Offline Browser to select and download images shown as thumbnails directly from a displayed Web site in a specified destination directory. Visual means that it works like a normal Browser, but with WYSIWYG (WhatYouSeeIsWhatYouGet) principle to download all files/images at once.
Microsoft Office Publisher aims at supporting automated gathering of dynamic information from third party Web sites, using their Web interface to post queries and to gather replies. Microsoft Office Publisher is written in OS-independent java language.
Microsoft Office Publisher supports archive encryption as well. AES 128-, 192-, and 256-bit encoding and PKZip 2.0 both are available. The Microsoft Office Publisher offers a reasonable range of context-menu options in Microsoft Office Publisher, although not as many as some of its competitors. The user interface is more similar to WinZip's than some other alternative archivers, with big, obnoxiously colored icons making it Microsoft Office Publisher to everybody and their dog just which buttons do what--not that that's a bad thing. Overall, Microsoft Office Publisher is an excellent example of a third-party publisher supporting multiple formats and options under one roof--but it's not the only option out there.
